Job description

Dates of coverage needed: 11/06 to 02/29, with possible ongoing extension.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work-related injuries, pre-employment physicals.

Experience: 2+ years in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine.

License and Certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification.
