A Day in the Life

Join one of the most exciting growth opportunities in MedTech! Our CRDN portfolio includes Coronary PCI, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks FFRangio. Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure targeting nerves near the kidneys to help lower blood pressure, addressing hypertension, a global epidemic. CathWorks provides a sophisticated FFRangio system to support interventional cardiologists, leveraging AI and computational science to derive physiological data from angiograms, improving treatment decisions.

We are seeking a Principal Physician Relations Specialist to develop and lead our US Customer Education and Programs team, focusing on Fellows strategy and programs. If you are strategic, collaborative, and passionate about customer education, this is an ideal opportunity. We value leaders with vision, inclusiveness, and a commitment to innovative solutions for patients, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and manage the Fellows strategy to meet educational and professional development goals.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical professionals, fellows, and industry experts, to ensure program success.
  3. Develop educational materials related to coronary, renal denervation, and FFRangio.
  4. Organize and manage training programs and symposia.
  5. Track and evaluate fellows' progress, adjusting programs as needed.
  6. Manage the program's budget and resources.
  7. Support field sales reps in program execution.
  8. Coordinate with HCP faculty to ensure compliance and effective messaging.
  9. Project manage content development and approvals for customer education.
  10. Travel up to 30% to support programs, conferences, and training.
Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years in Customer Education, Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or healthcare industry (5+ years with an Advanced Degree)
Nice to Have
  • Master's or other advanced degree
  • Experience with Fellows or similar curricula
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and healthcare providers
  • Strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Content development experience for HCPs
  • US marketing experience in complex structures
  • Ability to synthesize clinical and technical data
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary and benefits. Salary range: $130,400 - $195,600. Includes incentive plans, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Specific benefits depend on employment status and location.
