Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a larger network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend. The expected annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges from approximately $160,000 to over $225,000, depending on volume. There are no weekend or night call requirements, and malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. Over 19 years and more than 400,000 evaluations, we have maintained an impeccable safety record with no malpractice inquiries or actions.

About Midwest Dysphagia Consultants

Our mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit as shown on our website.

We serve various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Requests for swallowing studies are routed through our office staff and are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, often on the same day depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
