Seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our collaborative team

We are actively recruiting for a full-time Urgent Care Physician to join our Covington Clinic in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

Our Urgent Care teams have produced multiple 'Provider of the Year' award winners within our organization.

About the position:

Clinic Hours - Open 7 days/week (8a-8p M-F, 8a-4p Sa-Su)

General Schedule - 12-hours shifts Monday - Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month).

No call expectations

Average # of patients seen per day 20-25 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (25-30)

Support staff- average 3 PAAs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers

Practitioners- At least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/Pas) per shift

BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine

Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Experience in Urgent Care strongly preferred

COMPENSATION:

$275,000 + incentives
