Job Opportunity: Urgent Care Physician

Our client is seeking a physician to join one of their family health centers in an Urgent Care setting. The clinic operates seven days a week from 8am to 8pm.

Schedule: Seven 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period, with rotating weekends.

Facility Features: Onsite lab, x-ray, and pharmacy, all operating during clinic hours. Typically, there are two providers per day, each with a dedicated nurse.

Position Details:

• Hospital Employee, Outpatient only
• No Call
• Annual Salary: $270,000 - $280,000
• Signing Bonus and Relocation Bonus available
• CME allowance: Up to 1 week and additional funds
• Up to 6 weeks of PTO
• Retirement plan provided
• Excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary
• Medical school loan repayment up to $200,000
• Imaging services (CT, MRI, ultrasound) scheduled by appointments
• Sign-on bonus: 15% of base salary up to $100,000, paid upon contract signing
