StaffMD is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a Locums to Permanent Opportunity located in Southern Ohio. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested.

Details
  • Location: Southern, OH
  • Position: Urgent Care MD / DO
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Type: Hospital employed Urgent Care opportunity
  • Average Patients per Day: 50-60
  • Office Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Shift Schedule: (7) 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period, rotating weekends
  • Support Services: Lab, x-ray, and pharmacy operate during same hours as UC services
  • Additional Services: Family practice, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound by scheduled appointments
Benefits & Compensation
  • Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days for producing 75th percentile wRVUs
  • CME / Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5,000
  • Deferred Compensation: 457b plan, up to IRS limit of $18,000/year, no match
  • Retirement/Savings Plan: 403b plan, up to IRS limit of $18,000/year under age 50, $24,000 over age 50; SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay
  • Moving Expenses: $10,000 paid to moving company
  • Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made coverage, $1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate
  • Health Insurance: Small premium paid by provider, deducted from paycheck
  • Bonus Incentives: Up to 30% of salary
  • Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 ($25,000/year for each year of service)
  • Sign-on Bonus: 15% of base salary up to $50,000, paid at signing and forgiven over 2 years
  • Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000 (requires up to 2-year service commitment)
