The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a Pediatric Urgent Care physician for Caton Hill Medical Center in Virginia. This 0.7FTE position (28 hours per week) offers direct patient care in a dynamic urgent care setting with a team-based approach.

Board-eligible/board-certified in Pediatrics, you must hold or be eligible for licensure in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. MAPMG provides comprehensive benefits, liability coverage, CME support, and opportunities to become a shareholder.

What You Can Expect:

• This position is listed as a 0.7FTE, which is the equivalent of 28 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below

• Advanced Urgent Care or Urgent Care settings
• Collaborative mixed-specialty department, comprised of emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatricians and hospitalist physicians working together and learning from each other
• Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a dynamic clinical setting, including holidays, weekends and limited on-call duty —while supported by a team culture that values flexibility, well-being, and sustainable work-life integration

• Direct patient care

• 8-9-10 hour shifts
• No behavioral health or pediatric patient observation

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting annual salary for this position is $245,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
