The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or eligible Pediatric Urgent Care physician to join the Caton Hill Medical Center team. This 0.7FTE position (28 hours per week) offers direct patient care in a collaborative, multi-specialty setting with emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatricians and hospitalists.

Expect flexible shifts of 8–10 hours, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Formación

• MD or DO degree, eligible for board certification.

• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a specialist in Urgent Care Pediatrics at our Caton Hill Medical Center.

What You Can Expect:

• This position is listed as a 0.7FTE, which is the equivalent of 28 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below

• Advanced Urgent Care or Urgent Care settings
• Collaborative mixed-specialty department, comprised of emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatricians and hospitalist physicians working together and learning from each other
• Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a dynamic clinical setting, including holidays, weekends and limited on-call duty -while supported by a team culture that values flexibility, well-being, and sustainable work-life integration

• Direct patient care

• 8-9-10 hour shifts
• No behavioral health or pediatric patient observation

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting annual salary for this position is $245,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
