Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a PA/NP to join its Urgent Care Float team in the Charlotte region. Candidates will have 2 years of Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine experience and be able to operate as a solo provider when needed.

Expect a base schedule averaging about 3 shifts per week with every other weekend, a sign-on bonus, competitive salary with incentive plans, and comprehensive benefits. Join a physician-led, patient‑centered network focused on outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

• PA/NP with 2 yearsof Urgent Care, Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine experience, with the ability to work as a solo provider
• Ability to work a base schedule with an average of 3 shifts per week, every other weekend.
