SSM Health Fond du Lac Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) for a PRN/Fill-In role to join our busy team of providers. The department operates Monday through Friday 7:30am–7:30pm and Saturday/Sunday 8am–4pm.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted Wisconsin PA license and a Wisconsin DEA, have prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine, and be comfortable treating both children and adults with minor to complex medical

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Wisconsin PA license is required.
• Unrestricted Wisconsin DEA registration is required.
• Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• Must be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults; proficient in laceration repair and acute fracture care.
