Job summary

Direct Jobs is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join the SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Qualifications

• Experience preferred in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin medical license.

Responsibilities

• Work in SSM Health Express Clinic providing care to patients.
• Meet the average patient load of 2.5 patients per hour.
• Participate in 12-hour weekday and 8-hour weekend shifts.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Family Medicine physician or an Emergency Medicine physician to work in our SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Practice Setting

• Full-time or part-time options available
• 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts with variable rotations
• 6-week rotations with 4 eight-hour weekend shifts every 6 weeks
• Extremely competitive hourly pay rate
• Laboratory and X-ray services on-site
• Part of a multi-specialty group practice
• All ages and acuity levels seen at this location
• Avg of 2.5 patients /hour
• Position available due to a retirement
• Position is part of The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic
