Job summary

Carbon Health in Seattle is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for part‑time coverage with potential for full‑time. You will deliver patient‑centered urgent care, collaborate with a nationwide clinical team, and leverage CarbyOS to streamline documentation while maintaining clinic flow.

You’ll participate in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment with access to didactics, labs, and leadership pathways across our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&Ds, splints).
• Collaborate with peers and specialists to improve patient outcomes; access to supervision when needed.
• Triage and manage patients to maintain clinic flow (approximately 4–5 patients per hour).
