Qualifications
- State medical license required.
- Controlled Substance Registration required or in process.
- Certification as an Advanced Practitioner preferred.
- PALS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
- Strong procedural experience including laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, and orthopedic-related conditions.
- Relevant professional experience required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
- Perform common urgent care procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, wound management, splinting, and foreign body removal.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, nursing teams, and specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
