Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Two years or more of supervisory/leadership experience in Emergency Department or Urgent Care.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NCLEX must be passed; valid RN license for US.
• Bilingual English and Navajo language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery and evaluation of nursing care in urgent care and emergency settings.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and discipline.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and safety requirements.
• Acts as liaison between staff, families, physicians, and care teams.
• Participates in risk management, QA activities, and policy development.
