Job summary

Dilkon Medical Center in Winslow, AZ is seeking a Nursing Director/Manager to supervise delivery and evaluation of nursing care in urgent care and emergency settings. Under ACNE, you will oversee clinical activities, staff performance, patient flow, and QA in collaboration with the WIHCC leadership.

The role requires a BSN; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred. Two+ years of supervisory experience in ED/urgent care and five+ years RN experience are expected, with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or associate degree in nursing required; master's preferred.
• Two+ years supervisory/leadership in ED or urgent care; five+ years RN experience.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS; NRP and TNCC/ATCN/ENPC possible within time.
• NCLEX passed with active, unrestricted nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel: staffing, schedules, training, and performance.
• Oversee clinic operations, patient flow and coverage in urgent care/ER.
• Develop and revise policies, QA activities, and standards of care.
• Collaborate with ACNE/CNE and medical staff for patient care.
• Participate in nursing meetings and risk management activities.
