Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Lead Provider in West Lebanon, NH. You will serve as the clinical leader for on-site staff and mentor new NPs/PAs in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, promoting evidence-based practice, and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative team culture for safe, efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
• Serving as the clinical leader for all on-site clinical staff.
