Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Plaistow, NH site as Lead Provider.

This unique leadership opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while mentoring clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting. As the clinical leader, you will ensure clinical excellence, support new graduate providers, promote evidence-based practice, and maintain compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Position Overview:

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80.00 – $85.00 per hour
