As clinical leader, you will guide on-site clinicians, promote evidence-based practice, ensure compliance, and support new graduates while maintaining patient-centered care and team safety.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
