Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Massachusetts license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for all on-site clinical staff.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice and high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for anexperienced APP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centeredcare while mentoring and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent caresetting.

As the clinical leader ofthe site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence,supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative team culturethat prioritizes safety, efficiency, and outstanding patient outcomes.

Position Overview:

• Delivering comprehensiveurgent care services to patients of all ages
• Serving as the clinicalleader for all on-site clinical staff
• Mentoring and supporting newgraduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professional
• Promoting evidence-basedpractice and high clinical standards
• Ensuring compliance withregulatory and clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from anaccredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Certification by arecognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Massachusetts license(or eligibility for licensure)
• Must have and maintain anunrestricted DEA license
• BLS certification throughthe American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Clinical experience inemergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership,mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
