Cooper University Health Care in South Jersey seeks an experienced RN to join the Urgent Care Center. This professional provides comprehensive care to a group of patients, using the nursing process and therapeutic use of self to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires 3 years of emergency nursing experience, a New Jersey RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Fulltime days with rotating weekends/holidays position within a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to a group of patients in the Urgent Care Center using the nursing process.
• Coordinate safe and comprehensive care for all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center.

Short Description

This RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center

Experience Required

3 Years of Emergency Nursing Experience.

Education Requirements

Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.

License/Certification Requirements

Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse.

Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Special Requirements

Fulltime, days, rotating weekends and holidays.
