ExperCare Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal/primary care experience to join our team in Savannah, GA. Qualifications

• APRn/PA/NP certification required (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply learned concepts.
• Experience with medical calculations.
• Ability to work under high-stress or irregular hours.
• Willingness to work in settings involving exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Strong organization and time management.

• HIPAA compliance.
• Professional yet adaptable in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete medical histories and perform physical exams.
• Review and interpret patient records to determine diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Establish presumptive diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
• Administer injections, immunizations, medications; suture wounds; prepare prescription orders.
• Provide patient education and treatment instructions.
• Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.
• Utilize established practice and hospital guidelines in collaboration with supervising physician(s).
• Address patient concerns promptly and thoroughly, demonstrating ownership and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
