Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care seeks experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our urgent care team in the Connecticut region. Providers will deliver urgent care and acute/family medicine services to both adults and children in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on patient experience and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have urgent care or emergency medicine experience, relevant certifications, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for Physician Assistants; Master's degree required for Nurse Practitioners.
• 1 year of full-time Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience required; 2 years Family Medicine acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services for adult and pediatric patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and X-rays; prescribe medications.
• Educate and counsel patients; manage follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure quality of care.
