Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in Oregon seeks experienced Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NP) to deliver urgent care services. You will evaluate acute cases, perform minor procedures, and coordinate follow-up care in a fast-paced setting.

Required are PA or NP credentials with state licensure, national certification, and 2–5 years post-residency experience. Schedules include 4/8/12 hour shifts and strong EMR usage is expected.

Qualifications

• PA requires Bachelor's degree; NP requires Master's degree.
• 2–5 years post-residency clinical experience required.
• Active state medical license and national certification required.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients.
• Take patient medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostics.
• Diagnose and prescribe medications.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting).
• Document progress notes.
• Educate patients and coordinate care.
• Vaccinations and referrals as needed.
• Shift lengths: 4, 8, or 12 hours.
