Job summary

Prisma Health Urgent Care seeks talented Advanced Practice Providers who are patient-focused and dedicated to delivering uncompromising care. The role supports adults and children, with a focus on high-quality medical care and outstanding patient satisfaction.

The position offers a flexible mix of FT 30 or 36 hours and PT 24 hours per week, with a 3-day/12-hour schedule for FT and no overnights. Competitive compensation, full benefits, and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current SC license as FNP-C/ FNP-BC or PA-C.
• Advanced degree from accredited NP/PA program.
• Current DEA registration.
• Experience with suturing and drainage of abscesses.
• Experience reading X-rays and EKGs.
• BLS certification.
• Credentialing eligibility per WellStreet Urgent Care.
• Urgent Care/Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
• Strong patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and implement high-quality medical care with appropriate resource management.
• Deliver exceptional patient satisfaction and service standards.
• Provide patient care per policies and procedures of Prisma Health Urgent Care.
• Serve as a resource for patient, families, and staff.
• Document services accurately and ensure proper records for reimbursement.
• Participate in meetings and activities to support operations.
