Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high‑quality urgent and episodic care at our Enid, OK location. The role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, and collaboration with a supportive team to manage a wide range of urgent conditions.

Qualified candidates will have NP/PA training, national certification, Oklahoma licensure, and BLS; DEA and DOT credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
• Active Oklahoma professional license or the ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards.
