Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care at its Sallisaw, OK, location. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced or motivated provider who enjoys clinical variety, professional autonomy, and a flexible schedule.

The provider will evaluate and treat patients with urgent and episodic healthcare needs while working alongside a supportive clinical and operational team. Schedule features 12‑hour shifts with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
• Active Oklahoma professional license or the ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards.
