Qualifications

• Current Texas license as NP or PA.
• National certification required (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA).
• Urgent care experience required.
• Strong clinical decision-making and independent work ability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Perform patient assessments, exams, and procedures as appropriate.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other studies.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Carry out urgent care procedures including wound care and splinting.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care.
