Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide urgent care services in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment. The role focuses on timely assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to improve patient outcomes in the local community.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, manage acute presentations, and support efficient patient flow while educating patients and offering follow-up guidance as needed.
