Job summary

El Camino Health Medical Network in San Jose, Cupertino or Mountain View is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an Urgent Care role on the midday shift (10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.).

EPIC EMR is used and imaging is available on site. Responsibilities include performing procedures such as incision and drainage, suturing, and splinting, and collaborating with on-site primary care clinicians and medical specialists.

Qualifications

• California State PA/NP license active
• NCCPA certification mandatory
• ACLS certification required
• Active DEA registration
• EPIC EMR experience
• 6 months clinical experience
• No overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care services with on-site clinicians and specialists
• Perform procedures such as incision and drainage, suturing, and splinting
• Collaborate with on-site primary care clinicians and medical specialists
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and DEA registration
