Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is hiring a full-time Experienced Provider (PA or NP) to join our expanding team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, performing procedures, prescribing meds, patient assessments, documenting in EMR, and maintaining confidentiality. Must hold Ohio PA/NP license and have at least one year of urgent care/ER/primary care/internal medicine experience;

Formación

• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of NP/PA experience in Urgent Care, ER, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
