Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking a full-time Experienced Provider (PA/NP) to join our urgent care team immediately. A $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and excellent benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed as PA or NP in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of NP/PA experience in Urgent Care, ER, Primary Care or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to work independently evaluating and managing patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care.
• Performs procedures appropriate to scope and standard of care.
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Documents patient information accurately and timely in EMR.
