Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care is seeking an experienced full-time Provider in Ohio to join our expanding urgent care network. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits accompany this opportunity.

The role requires active Ohio PA/NP licensure and at least one year of relevant experience in urgent care, ER, primary care, or internal medicine. You will evaluate and manage patients in a fast-paced team setting, delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Required PA or NP licensure in Ohio.
• At least one year of NP/PA experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Room, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Documents patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
