Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible in state of practice.
• Advanced degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Licensed NP/PA in Michigan with current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Float to Wayne, Southgate and Farmington urgent care locations.
• Plan, evaluate and provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with center physicians.
• Document and communicate care plans for appropriate reimbursement and continuity.
