UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers, radiologic technologists, and patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You will manage patient flow, collect documentation, and help with registrations and essential tests while upholding our standards of compassionate care.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years as Medical Assistant or related certification.
• MA certifications accepted if hire requires within 12 months.
• Basic Life Support or equivalent certification required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologist, and patients with care management and communication.
• Conduct patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare patients for examination and perform basic vital signs.
• Maintain supplies, charts, and medical records; assist front desk as needed.
• Follow QA/QC logs and ensure smooth patient flow in the urgent care setting.
