ConvenientMD LLC is hiring a Medical Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care and support providers in a busy clinic environment.

You will handle triage, vital signs, history taking, phlebotomy, and assist with procedures while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance. Collaboration with the clinical team is essential for smooth operations and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with 1+ year experience or 2+ years MA experience.
• BLS certification required (not CPR/ACLS online).
• Compassionate, authentic and patient-focused demeanor.
• Proactive, confident communicator with colleagues and patients.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Effective in teamwork and cross-collaboration.
• Technically savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Triage patients; determine urgency and provide care support.
• Take vital signs, obtain histories, assist with minor procedures, phlebotomy.
• Document patient information accurately in EHR with HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support discharge planning when needed.
