Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians and deliver high-quality patient care in our New England clinics. You will greet patients, triage, take vitals, document in the EHR, and assist with procedures under supervision, contributing to efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications include a Medical Assistant certification with 1+ year experience or 2 years MA experience, high school diploma or GED, and BLS. Proficiency with EHR and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification with at least one year of experience or two years of MA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and explain care plans.
• Support clinical operations: triage, vital signs, history taking, and phlebotomy.
• Document patient information in EHR complying with HIPAA.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision (NH & ME only).
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth discharge planning and care coordination.
