Job summary

CRH Healthcare's Peachtree Immediate Care in Tifton, GA is hiring a Medical Assistant (CMA / LPN / EMT) for full-time, 3 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. The CMA will support physicians, PA/NP, and staff in urgent care and occupational medicine, assist with patient intake, labs, x-rays, medication administration, and charting.

The role requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or appropriate state licensure (LPN/EMT).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician, or other applicable licensure required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and mid-level providers in urgent care and occupational medicine.
• Perform patient intake, vitals, and documentation.
• Conduct lab tests and basic radiographic exposure as directed.
• Administer medications and injections per standing orders.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
