Job summary

The Clinical Support Team aids Physicians, PAs, and NPs in urgent care settings, performing patient intake, lab work, basic procedures, and meticulous documentation while upholding high standards of care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation to assigned regional offices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced facility.
• Willingness to float between clinics and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact professionally with patients and staff.
• Assist physicians, PA, or NP under supervision.
• Maintain quality control and compliance per CRH Healthcare policies.
• Prepare exam rooms and instruments for procedures.
• Document patient complaints, vitals, medications, and allergies accurately.
• Administer medications as ordered and assist with minor procedures.
• Assist with scheduling tests and referrals and ensure patient comfort.
