Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs and patient information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for efficient care.
• Explain treatments and instructions to patients; reinforce education materials.
• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen handling as trained.
• Support cross-coverage and onboarding for junior staff.
