Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant to join our Urgent Care team on a per diem, part-time basis. The role provides nursing and patient care under physician supervision in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• LPN candidates must graduate from a practical or vocational nursing program.
• LPN candidates must hold a current Arizona LPN license or compact license.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required for LPN/MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under provider supervision.
• Triage patients by phone or in person and process physician orders.
• Assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care for clinic and procedures.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and handle specimens, including venipuncture if needed.
• Prepare patients for exams and record vitals and history.
• Cross-train in data entry, balancing accounts, and scheduling appointments.
