Adelphi Locums in Eureka, MO is seeking a Doctor of Medicine to provide urgent care services in an outpatient setting. You will work 3 days x 12 hours with coverage ASAP and ongoing.

This locum tenens role offers competitive weekly pay and malpractice insurance provided by the vendor. Responsibilities include treating adults and pediatrics, performing minor procedures, reading X-rays and EKGs, and collaborating with medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

Formación

• ABMS/AOB board eligibility required in FM/EM/Med-Peds.
• Missouri medical license active required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 50 patient encounters in last 12 months; experienced with minor procedures and reading X-rays/EKGs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide urgent care for adults and pediatrics in outpatient setting.
• Perform minor procedures: suturing, wound care, I&D, splinting, casting.
• Interpret X-rays and EKGs to diagnose and manage acute conditions.
• Work with MAs, scribes, and rad techs to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Commit to at least 6 shifts per month, including weekends and 12-hour shifts.
