Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant for urgent care settings to deliver patient care under nurses’ guidance and support care plans. Position includes transporting patients, maintaining records, and providing emotional support.

Requirements include NH Nursing Assistant license, at least 1 year of LNA experience, and ability to obtain BLS. Phlebotomy certification is preferred; on-the-job training is available. Schedule 1430-2300, weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year LNA experience required. Phlebotomist experience preferred; on-the-job training would be considered.
• Current Nursing Assistant License in NH required. Ability to obtain BLS during orientation and maintain during employment. Phlebotomy certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care in accordance with the nurse’s instructions.
• Administering treatments and medications under the direction of a nurse.
• Assessing vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration rate and blood pressure.
