Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner to oversee clinical care in our urgent care setting. You will mentor new-grad providers and support allied staff while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. A DEA license, NP certification, and BLS are required, with a focus on compassionate, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Master's NP with active certification and DEA license.
• BLS certification required; no online CPR/ACLS acceptable.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments, exams, and histories.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Administer injections, sutures, and wound care.
• Educate and counsel patients on health, wellness, and family planning.
• Maintain clear medical records and EMR documentation.
• Mentor providers and clinic staff; lead in absence of the Practice Manager.
