ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Provider (FNP or PA) to oversee clinical staff in our urgent care clinics. You will mentor new-grad providers, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and lead a team delivering high-quality urgent care.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with FNP or PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/CPR not accepted online.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and exams.
• Maintain clear, complete medical records and EMR documentation.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff; collaborate with providers for coordinated care.
• Engage in continuing education and mentorship of new staff.
