Qualifications

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, medical terminology, and workers' compensation processes preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors, and families during registration.
• Accurately collect demographic and insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Manage incoming calls, collect copays and other payments, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain patient charts and support records/documentation.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
