ConvenientMD LLC is hiring new graduates for Family Nurse Practitioner roles in urgent care locations in New Hampshire. You will conduct health assessments, exams, and review medical histories to provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with other providers.

The role emphasizes diagnostic testing, immunizations, injections, wound care, and comprehensive patient education, with a strong focus on HIPAA and OSHA compliance and EMR documentation. A DEA license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification by Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
• Clinical experience gained through rotations or other settings in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care through health assessments, exams, and medical histories.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage corresponding treatment plans.
• Administer injections, immunizations, sutures, wound and infection management.
• Educate and counsel patients on health, regimens, normal development, and wellness.
• Document medical records accurately in EMR and ensure compliance with policies.
