ConvenientMD LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a new graduate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for urgent care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will perform exams, review histories, and collaborate with a team to diagnose and treat, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a PA/NP field, with DEA and BLS credentials, and have a commitment to ongoing learning and patient-focused care in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and certification by PA or NP certifying body.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments, exams, and histories.
• Interview patients, perform exams, obtain and study medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage abnormal findings.
• Administer injections, immunizations, wound care, and suture when needed.
• Educate patients and counsel on regimens, growth, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical records in EMR and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to plan dispositions and coordinate care.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
