Job summary

ConvenientMD in Dover, NH seeks a dedicated New Grad Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or PA to join our urgent care team. You will perform health assessments, exams, and histories, order tests, and provide immediate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include documentation in EMR, collaborating with clinicians, and ongoing education to build a strong foundational practice. BLS and appropriate licensure required; DEA may be needed for prescribing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification by PA or NP body.
• DEA license without restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including health assessments, exams, and history reviews.
• Order or perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Administer injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
• Educate patients and counsel on wellness and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate care and dispositions.
• Maintain accurate medical records in EMR per policy.
