Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Moody, Alabama is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered urgent and primary care in a busy clinic. You will lead a small team and deliver care to patients across all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with telemedicine options.

New graduates are welcome. On-site HQ orientation, comprehensive training, and a strong support system help you advance your career in a rural, community-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required (New graduate friendly).
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (cost covered).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses such as cold/flu, strep, COVID.
• Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal).
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General orthopedic evaluations and imaging review (over-read by radiologist).
• Manage dermatology and eye problems; interpret EKGs.
