HealthPartners is seeking a Registered Nurse Float for Urgent Care who will provide care across multiple clinics including Woodbury, Arden Hills, Apple Valley, St. Paul Como and St. Paul Wabasha.

This role offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for future clinic rotations. The ideal candidate will have MN RN licensure, Wisconsin license within two months, BLS certification, and at least one year of acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire.
• Current BLS certification for health professionals (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings; complete competencies in IV administration, catheterization and triage within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provides high quality nursing care focused on patient needs and continuity of care.
• Performs comprehensive assessments and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Delegates nursing tasks and provides supervision as appropriate.
• Creates dynamic teaching plans based on patient needs.
• Acts as a resource for staff and coordinates care across clinics as the RN Float.
• Documents care accurately and maintains patient records.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure timely and effective care.
